ISLAMABAD, Dec 20 (APP):The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) on Saturday issued a power suspension programme for Sunday for various areas of its region due to necessary maintenance and routine development work.
According to IESCO Spokesperson, the power supply of different feeders and grid stations would remain suspended for the period from 09:00 AM to 02:00 PM, Rawalpindi City Circle, Jail Park-1, Car Chowk, Zeta-1, Mehboob Shaheed, Ex-Lawyer, Park View, Pindi Board, Sowan Indus, RCCI Express, Humak, Imaratr, Model Town, Sarwar Shaheed, PEPSI, Mohra Nagyal, IST, Fuji Foundation, Ziraj-1, Ziraj-2, AWHS, Dk. Awan, Morgah and Walyat Complex Feeders, Rawalpindi Cantt Circle, Rawalpindi-III, Car Chowk, Hummak, VIP, Park View, Hamyoun Road and RCCI-I to RCCI-V Feeders, Attock Circle, from 08:00 am to 04:00 pm, Jhang and Shamsabad Feeders, GSO Circle, from 09:00 am to 04:00 pm, 132 kV GSS New Islamabad International Airport (T-2) (20/26 MVA) Consumer Grid Station, from 09:00 am to 02:00 pm, INUP, CNS Lab, N-LAB-1, O-Lab, CNS-1, PINSTECH-2, PINSTECH-3, Tumair, New Lab-3, KIRPA, Simly Dam, Nilop, PINSTECH Colony, Jhang Syedan, Farash Town, Park-2 and Tumair Feeders and surrounding areas will remain closed. IESCO management apologizes to its esteemed customers for the power outage. If the work is completed ahead of time, the power supply can be restored even before the scheduled time.
