IESCO fulfilled its promise of uninterrupted power supply during Ramazan: Ch Khalid

ISLAMABAD, Mar 18 (APP):Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) has fulfilled its commitment to ensuring uninterrupted electricity supply during the holy month of Ramazan.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) IESCO, Engineer Chaudhry Khalid Mahmood, stated that IESCO officers and staff once again proved that IESCO is a consumer-friendly company by ensuring 100% uninterrupted power supply, especially during Sehr and Iftar timings, said a press release issued on Wednesday.

He appreciated the dedicated efforts of IESCO officers and staff who, despite observing fasts, performed their duties with great responsibility. Due to their commitment, consumers were able to carry out their Ebadat and daily activities smoothly.

The CEO further stated that on Eid-ul-Fitr, all necessary arrangements have been finalized to ensure uninterrupted power supply so that valued consumers can celebrate Eid with their loved ones without any inconvenience.

Monitoring rooms have been established, and complaint offices will remain active 24/7. Chief Engineer (O&M) Distribution, Zahid Saleem Usmani, has been appointed as the focal person to supervise all operations.
