DG UNESCO calls on DPM Ishaq Dar

ISLAMABAD, Feb 2 (APP): Director-General UNESCO, Dr. Khalid El-Enany, called on the Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar on Monday, marking his first bilateral visit since assuming office.

During the meeting, the deputy prime minister congratulated Dr. El-Enany on his election as DG of UNESCO and reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to working closely with him to advance UNESCO’s goals.

He expressed Pakistan’s support for UNESCO’s initiatives and emphasized continued cooperation in the fields of education, culture, and multilateral engagement.
