Cursing, attending parliament is implausible: Muqam

KOHAT, Jan 24 (APP): Advisor to Prime Minister, Engineer Ameer Muqam has said that those cursing the parliament have in fact degraded the peoples’ mandate and asked how these people come to attend parliament after cursing the supreme body and issuing such statements.

He was addressing a public gathering here Wednesday. Federal Minister for Railways, Khwaja Saad Rafiq also addressed the gathering.

Ameer Muqam said the real face of Imran Khan has exposed before the nation who always uses abusive language against the parliament, adding the people would reject PTI in next elections.

Muqam slammed Imran Khan for what has done his party in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, saying that Imran Khan and his party disrespected mandate of masses in the province. He said Imran Khan’s silence over Madran incident was highly deplorable and condemnable.

He said that it was dual standard of Imran Khan and on one side he was making hue and cry over Kasur incident while on other he didn’t bother to visit victim family of Mardan’s three-year old girl who was molested and killed.

Muqam said that people of Lahore rejected the dual standard of Imran Khan and the people of KP would do the same with him and his party in upcoming general elections.
