Chairman Senate pays rich tributes to teachers

ISLAMABAD, Oct 05 (APP):Chairman Senate Muhammad Sadiq Sanjrani has expressed
his greetings and well wishes to the teachers’ community across the country on
the occasion of Teachers Day.
Expressing his views in Senate, he also acknowledged the
services of teachers. He observed that they have huge contribution towards
nation building and make the world a place where wisdom, peace and harmony prevails for socio-economic development.
In his special message, he has said that teachers choosing the profession of teaching as a lifelong career and working on the minds and hearts of the young generation to make them a good
human, a useful citizen and a person determined to achieve something in life.
Teaching has been the most venerated field for ages and
has gained even more importance in the current times when our children and
youth are bombarded with information from all sides, he added.
He paid tributes to all men and
women associated with the task of teaching and called for giving more than ever
respect and appreciation to our teachers from this day onward.
