ISLAMABAD, Feb 16 (APP): Federal Minister for Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit Baltistan Chaudhry Barjees Tahir has said that Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Prime Minister Chaudhry Abdul Majeed was creating hurdles in the appointment of Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) for holding transparent elections.
