2850 students studying abroad under HEC scholarship programs

ISLAMABAD, Nov 08 (APP):Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training on Thursday informed the National Assembly that about 2,850 students are studying abroad under Higher Education Commission (HEC) scholarship programs.
