Traffic police facilitation center offers standardized facilities to local residents and tourists: DPO Abbottabad

ABBOTTABAD, Apr 03 (APP):In a bid to provide timely and quality services to citizens and tourists, District Police Officer (DPO) Abbottabad, Haroon-ur-Rashid Khan, has formally inaugurated a Traffic Police Facilitation Center at Lorry Adda, Abbottabad.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by SSP Traffic Muhammad Ishtiaq, along with other officers from the district police and traffic police.

Speaking on the occasion, DPO Abbottabad Haroon-ur-Rashid Khan said that the center has been established with the objective of offering standardized facilities to local residents as well as visitors arriving from other cities. He emphasized that the center would not only provide guidance to the public but also ensure the prompt resolution of traffic-related complaints, which would significantly reduce the issues being faced by citizens.

SSP Traffic Muhammad Ishtiaq remarked that considering modern demands, the establishment of such facilitation centers is essential for improving the traffic system. He informed that through this center, citizens would be provided with awareness of traffic laws, guidance, and other related services under one roof.

According to officials, the facilitation center set up at Lorry Adda will play a key role in creating convenience for the public and tourists, making the traffic system more effective, and fostering trust between the police and the community.
