SACM on Information condemns Bannu suicide blast

PESHAWAR, Apr 03 (APP): Special Assistant to the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Information and Public Relations, Shafi Jan, on,Friday strongly condemned the suicide blast near a police station in a civilian area of Domel, Bannu.

In a statement issued here, he said that the loss of precious lives, including three women among the five victims, in this cowardly attack is deeply tragic and highly condemnable.

Targeting innocent civilians, including women and children, is a cowardly act, and no religion, including Islam, permits such heinous acts, he noted

He further stated that such cowardly incidents of terrorism cannot weaken the government’s resolve nor dampen the morale of the people. The entire nation stands united to eliminate the menace of terrorism.

Shafi Jan prayed for the eternal peace of the departed souls and for the swift recovery of the injured.

He also expressed heartfelt sympathy and condolences to the bereaved families, stating that the government stands with the affected families in this difficult time and will not leave them alone.
