E-Khuli Kachehri Organized by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture, Tourism Authority

In light of the special directives of the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Muhammad Sohail Afridi, and Chief Secretary Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Shahab Ali Shah, the Director General of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture and Tourism Authority (KPCTA), Muhammad Usman Mehsud, organized an E-Khuli Kachehri to strengthen communication between the public and the institution and to directly hear their concerns.

PESHAWAR, Mar 12 (APP): In light of the special directives of the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Muhammad Sohail Afridi, and Chief Secretary Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Shahab Ali Shah, the Director General of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture and Tourism Authority (KPCTA), Muhammad Usman Mehsud, organized an E-Khuli Kachehri to strengthen communication between the public and the institution and to directly hear their concerns.
Directors and Deputy Directors of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture and Tourism Authority also attended the session.
During the event, various issues and queries raised by the public were heard in detail. Director General Muhammad Usman Mehsud issued instructions to the relevant authorities on the spot for the immediate resolution of several issues.
In addition, questions and complaints submitted a day prior to the E-Khuli Kachehri were also reviewed, and responses to them were provided online.
Speaking on the occasion, Director General KPCTA Muhammad Usman Mehsud stated that the E-Khuli Kachehri would be held regularly every month to ensure effective resolution of public issues and to further strengthen communication between the institution and the public.
He further said that the province possesses immense tourism potential, and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture and Tourism Authority is taking priority measures to promote tourism.
He also informed that after Eid-ul-Fitr, various tourism festivals and activities will be organized across the province for tourists, while special programs are also being planned to promote religious tourism. He added that such initiatives will not only help promote tourism but will also highlight the positive image of the province.
