JEDDAH, Feb 05 (APP):The General Secretariat of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) on the “Kashmir Solidarity Day” expressed its full solidarity with the people of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK) in their quest for the right to self-determination.
The General Secretariat reiterates the OIC’s call to revoke all illegal measures initiated on August 5, 2019, which aimed to change the demographic structure of the disputed territory.
Referring to the decisions and resolutions of the Islamic Summit and the OIC Council of Foreign Ministers on Jammu and Kashmir, the General Secretariat calls again on the international community to enhance its efforts to resolve the Jammu and Kashmir dispute in accordance with the relevant UN Security Council resolutions.
