Kyrgyzstan, DCO discuss digitalization prospects of education system

BISHKEK, Nov. 4 (Kabar/APP) : Kyrgyz Minister of Education Dogdurkul Kendirbaeva and Deputy Minister of Education for digital development Lira Samykbaeva met with Hassan Nasser, Special Envoy for Multilateral Affairs of the Digital Cooperation Organization (DCO), on the sidelines of the Second World Summit for Social Development, which is taking place from November 4 to 6, 2025, in Doha, Qatar.
During the meeting, the parties discussed prospects for digitalization of the Kyrgyz education system, the development of e-learning platforms, and digital skills for students and teachers.
Kyrgyz Minister of Education noted that digital transformation is one of the key areas of the Altyn Kazyk national program, which implements electronic platforms and digital educational resources, as well as develops digital competencies for teachers and students.
