LONDON, Jun 08 (APP):Famous Qari ,Syed Sadaqat Ali on Thursday called upon media, civil society, ulema and Pakistani community abroad to play their vital role in propagating the national unanimous narrative of “Pagham-e-Pakistan” Fatwa globally against the menace of terrorism and extremism.

Briefing the Community members here he said the narrative would help help eradicate terrorism and extremism from the society besides enhancing the image of Pakistan internationally.
Qari Sadaqat also briefed community members and media about the salient
features of a booklet published in Pakistan named “Paigham-e-Pakistan” fatwa at the High Commission.
He said that Paigham-e-Pakistan was launched by the President of Pakistan earlier this year.
The booklet,he said was also endorsed by Egypt’s grand mufti, was our national narrative which fully condemns suicide bombings.
He said the Pagham-e-Pakistan highlights Islam as a religion of peace, brotherhood and tolerance and interfaith harmony in the society.
Pakistan High Commissioner to London Syed Ibne Abbas, officials of the high commission, a large number of British Pakistani community members, and media attended the briefing.
Qari Sadaqat said the Fatwa had been also unanimously endorsed by over 1800 Ulema belonging to different schools of religious thoughts in the country.
He said that “Pagham-e-Pakistan” had been prepared in the light of the fundamental teachings of
the Holy Quran and Sunnah and the 1973 Constitution of Pakistan.
Qari Sadaqat Ali said that “Pagham e-Pakistan” Fatwa would be translated into Arabic language and would also, be highlighted in the Arabian countries.
He added that the Booklet on “Pagham-e-Pakistan” would also be placed in Embassies and libraries, in order to help reach its message of peace and harmony globally.
Syed Ibne Abbas in his remarks said that “Pagham-e-Pakistan” would help enhance the image of Pakistan internationally.
