RAWALPINDI, Jul 16 (APP):The police arrested a couple involved in operating honey trap scam on Wednesday in the jurisdiction of Race Course police station.
According to police spokesman, the arrested couple reportedly lured citizens and then blackmailed them using secretly recorded videos to extort large sums of money.
SP Potohar Talha Wali commended police team for their swift action and stated that the accused will be presented in court with solid evidence, and legal action will be taken to ensure strict punishment.
He added that those who exploit innocent people through such tactics will not be spared and will face the rule of the law.
