MULTAN, Jul 29 (APP):The Multan police have arrested three drug pushers, two of them female accused, and recovered over two kilogram of hashish from their possession in separate raids.
A police spokesman said on Tuesday that Joint Task Team (JTT), PS Jalilabad and PS Cantonment teams conducted a joint search operation and arrested two female drug pushers, including Shahnaz Khushi and Nazia Islam. Total 1030 gram Hashish was recovered from them.
SP cantonment Ms Kainaat Azhar commended SDPO Balaar Khan Chandio, SHO Jalilabad Faisal Ghauri, SHO Cantonment Qaisar Ali and their teams, and Incharge JTT Tarukh Gilani for successful operation. Another accused Allah Wasaya was also arrested with an illegal weapon.
Meanwhile, Lohari gate SHO Tanveer Aslam, ASI Sajjad Hussain Chawan and their team arrested a drug pusher Anwar Ali alias Bhalli from Wahdat colony and recovered one kilogram of hashish from his possession.
