DERA GHAZI KHAN, Jan 10 (APP):Sadar police have busted two notorious criminal gangs and recovered looted valuables from their possession during a special crackdown launched on Friday.
In line with special directives of District Police Officer (DPO) Syed Ali, Sadar police under the supervision of SP City Irfan Akbar, launched a crackdown against criminals involved in depriving citizens of valuables. The police busted notorious Sohail alias Suheli and Mehran Dasti gangs.
The police have also recovered looted valuables from the possession of arrested criminals including nine motorcycles, mobile phones and cash Rs 275,000 by tracing various cases. Further investigations were underway and more recoveries were expected from the criminals, police sources added.
