PESHAWAR, Nov 25 (APP):A team of federal ombudsman Secretariat Regional Office Peshawar led by Deputy Advisor Bakhtiar Gul on Tuesday visited National Database Registration Authority (NADRA) Parachinar and inspected provision of services to people.
The visit was conducted taking cognizance of complaints received from the general public regarding maladministration and poor service delivery at the NADRA Parachinar.
During the visit, the inspection team reviewed on-site complaints, interacted with citizens, examined service-related issues and obtained a detailed briefing from NADRA officials regarding administrative shortcomings.
The Regional Office stated that efforts would continue to ensure improved service delivery, transparency and accountability in institutions as per the mandate of the Wafaqi Mohtasib.
