ABBOTTABAD, Dec 28 (APP):Chief Secretary Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Syed Shahab Ali Shah has said that teachers hold a key responsibility in providing the right direction to the architects of the future, adding that private educational institutions are playing a more effective role in students’ education and training compared to government institutions, where quality education still needs significant improvement.
