CHINIOT, Jul 29 (APP):Under Maryam Nawaz’s Punjab Shatra Punjab program, a special cleaning operation has been launched at the level of union councils under the direction of Deputy Commissioner Chiniot Safiullah Gondal, under which a comprehensive cleaning will be carried out by targeting one union council two days a week.
In this regard, a thorough cleaning operation was carried out in Union Council 34 Ghafoorabad. Additional Deputy Commissioner General Wasiq Abbas supervised the operation.
District Manager Faisalabad Waste Management Company Muhammad Burhan Hanif and other officers were also present.
Along with cleaning the garbage heaps through machinery in the union council, door-to-door collection and internal streets were also cleaned. Providing a clean environment to the citizens is a priority.
