DERA ISMAIL KHAN, Nov 17 (APP):The district administration Lakki Marwat is taking solid steps to ensure smooth supply of clean drinking water to residents especially living in far-off areas of the district.
As part of such efforts, the Public Health Engineering team successfully installed the solar system on the water scheme at Shery Khel village, and the scheme was made fully operational on Monday.
According to the administration, the residents are now benefiting from safe, clean, and uninterrupted drinking water facility as the solarization of the village’s water supply scheme has been completed.
The issue over the shortage of drinking water had been raised during the recently held open court.
In response, Deputy Commissioner Hamidullah Khan issued immediate orders to solarize the scheme.
This development not only ensures reliable water supply for the residents but also reflects the adoption of modern, eco-friendly energy solutions.
