KHANEWAL, Nov 05 (APP):Khanewal district police dismissed several officials from service over involvement in criminal activities and habitual absenteeism as part of an ongoing drive to ensure transparency, discipline and accountability in the force.
According to District Police Officer (DPO) Ismail Kharrak, constable Qaswar Hussain was dismissed from service for involvement in criminal activities, while services of constables Qamar Hussain, Nadeem Hussain and a lady constable were terminated over continuous absence from duty.
The DPO said that departmental action reflects the police administration’s resolve to maintain professionalism and enforce a fair system of reward and punishment. He said there is no place in the police force for negligence, corruption or criminal behavior, adding that every official would be held accountable under the same principles of justice.
DPO Ismail Kharrak reaffirmed that efforts to strengthen internal discipline and promote transparency within the Khanewal Police would continue.
