PESHAWAR, Nov 16 (APP):Co-curricular activities concluded in Town 2 of Peshawar Education Department with great pomp and show.
On this occasion, SDO Town 2 Bismillah Jan’s efforts were appreciated in the concluding ceremony held the other day.
His efforts led to the organization of co-curricular activities this year, which helped in grooming the students’ personalities and further enhanced their skills. Students showcased their talents in various fields in the co-curricular activities held in Circle Mathra yesterday. These activities included competitions of Hamd, Naat, speeches, etc.
SDO Town 2 Bismillah Jan said that co-curricular activities are an important part of students’ education. These activities help students to polish their skills and groom their personalities.
He said that the Education Department and Town 2 are promoting co-curricular activities. These efforts are improving students’ education and enhancing their skills.
He further said that Peshawar Education Department is providing a better educational environment to students so that children studying in government schools can participate in co-curricular activities along with modern education.
Awards were distributed among successful students at the end of the ceremony. Education officials and teachers were also present on the occasion.
