SARGODHGA, Jan 03 (APP):The Rescue 1122 Sargodha on Saturday released its annual review of emergency services for 2025.
According to the report, the rescue team responded promptly to a total of 359,353 emergencies throughout the year.
Of these, 44092 emergencies were of medical cases, falls, and deliveries, while 13,230 were of accidents, 697 fire incidents, 29 cases of assault or gunshot injuries, 25 building collapses, and 223 other emergency incidents.
During the last year, 2608 patients died while being transported, but the rescue team successfully provided timely assistance to 33059 patients, saving their lives.
The Rescue control room received 26,546 calls, including 13,094 informational or dropped
calls and 1900 fake or unnecessary calls.
