RAWALPINDI, Jan 30 (APP): The Rawalpindi District Bar Association organized a Mehfil-e-Milad which drew a large number of lawyers attended the event.
Well-known naat khwans presented naats with great devotion. Syed Altaf Hussain Kazmi, Hafiz Shahid, Muhammad Naveed, Raja Adnan Tahir, Junaid Altaf Raja, Raja Shehzad Amin, Khawar Riaz Qadri, Raja Saddam Abbasi, Shehzad Samar, Mazhar Hussain, Muhammad Kamil, Siddiq Qureshi, Ms Shazia Raja, Samira Bhatti and Sofia Advocate recited beautiful naats.
Member Punjab Bar Council Shahid Abbasi attended as a special guest.
President Bar, Malik Tariq Mahmood Sajid Awan and General Secretary Qamar ul Haq Niazi along with other office bearers, and a large number from lawyers community and general public attended the mehfil.
President Malik Tariq Mahmood Sajid Awan and General Secretary Qamar ul Haq Niazi addressed the gathering, and said arranging such spiritual gatherings is a matter of great honour and blessing. They praised the naat khwans for their sincerity and said the listeners also received equal share in the blessings. They added that the peace and satisfaction of the heart found in these blessed mehfil cannot be found anywhere else.
