PESHAWAR, Jul 15 (APP):The Railways Police on Monday, setting an example of honesty, handed over a missing ladies’ purse, filled with foreign currency, to its legit lady owner.
According to the Spokesman, Railways Police found an unclaimed ladies’ purse at Attock Khurd Railway Station.
The purse, when inspected, was filled with foreign currency including 370 UAE Dirhams, 27000 Pakistani rupees, five ATM cards and two national identity cards.
The Railways Police traced the lady owner of the purse and handed it over to her. The woman was very happy and inspired by the honest act of the Railways Police, saying that she was overwhelmed with gratitude to the police for their goodness.
