CHINIOT, Oct 03 (APP):The police on Friday recovered a dead body near Darbar Panj Pir located within the limits of City Police Station.
The police spokesman said the body had been identified as Mahmood 42 years old, a resident of Rashidabad locality.
The body was shifted to District Headquarters Hospital for postmortem after necessary formalities, he added.
According to the police, Mahmood had gone on a rickshaw last night but did not return.
On the report of his wife, a case was registered.
According to the police spokesman, the investigation into the incident was underway.
