PESHAWAR, Jul 01 (APP):A police official was shot and martyred by unidentified assailants in the Utmanzai area of Charsadda district, police informed on Tuesday.
The deceased cop identified as Imranullah, was a resident of Haleemabad, Utmanzai. He was serving in the Frontier Reserve Police (FRP) in Peshawar.
Following the attack, his body was shifted to District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospital Charsadda for further procedures. Police have launched an investigation to determine the motive and identify those responsible.
