LAHORE, Jul 10 (APP):Philanthropists have donated advanced medical equipment worth Rs. 3 million to Lahore General Hospital (LGH) for the upgradation of its dialysis center, aimed at enhancing patient care and safety.
In a ceremony held on Thursday, Principal Ameeruddin Medical College (AMC) and LGH Prof. Dr. Farooq Afzal, expressed gratitude to the generous donors and highlighted that, in line with the vision of Chief Minister Punjab, LGH provides over 18,000 dialysis sessions annually — completely free of cost.

He emphasized that this initiative marks a major step toward transforming the dialysis unit into a state-of-the-art facility, ensuring timely and quality care for underprivileged patients.
