PESHAWAR, Nov 11 (APP): The Peshawar High Court (PHC) has ordered that former National Assembly Speaker and PTI leader Asad Qaiser should not be arrested.
A two-member bench comprising Justice Syed Arshad Ali and Justice Muhammad Faheem Wali Tuesday heard a petition filed by Asad Qaiser seeking details of the cases registered against him.
After reviewing the petition, the court approved it and issued an order restraining authorities from arresting Asad Qaiser.
The court has also sought detailed reports from the relevant parties regarding the cases.
