MUZAFFARGARH , Jul 22 (APP):A road accident claimed the life of a young pedestrian in the Layyah district on Monday, Rescue 1122 said.
According to the details, the incident occurred near Adda Qaziabad, where a speeding truck ran over a passerby identified as Abid, resulting in his immediate death.
Rescue 1122 teams rushed to the site and covered the body before shifting it to a nearby hospital.
Eyewitnesses attributed the accident to the truck’s excessive speed.
