Orphaned children of Peshawar’s “Zamung Kor” institute, minority communities participated in ISPR summer camp

PESHAWAR, Jul 10 (APP):A large number of children from the Hindu, Sikh, and Christian communities of Peshawar, along with children from the Zamung Kor Model Institute for children Peshawar established for the care of children deprived of parental support, has actively participated in the ISPR Summer Camp 2025.
The children enthusiastically took part in various events and practical demonstrations of the Sports Gala and Para Training School.
The children described the summer camp not only as practically beneficial but also regarded it as the first step toward joining the Pakistan Army, says a statement.
They expressed gratitude to the DG ISPR and the Pakistan Army for organizing the summer camp.
 “I am proud to be part of Pakistan’s minority community” said Anmol, a student of hindu community.
She felt proud to be represented by the white in Pakistan’s green and white flag.
“We are leaving with many memories from the summer camp. Defending Pakistan is our foremost duty” said Diya Vikram, another student of hindu community.
Aneeza Aneel, another student of hindu community said that it is a matter of pride to be part of the summer camp and Pakistan’s minority community. My identity is Pakistan.”
“We request the DG ISPR to hold events like the summer camp twice a year,” said Anmol.
Musa Jameel, student of christian community said that military and civil speakers made us realize that we exist because Pakistan exists.
“Visiting the Sports Gala and Para Training School was a memorable experience,” said Manpreet Kaur, student of sikh community.
