SUKKUR, Jun 23 (APP):In a significant crackdown on narcotics, the Khairpur police arrested a notorious drug peddler, Muhammad Ali Jagirani, and his accomplice, Rajab Ali Dinar, in a snap check operation. The operation was conducted under the directives of SSP Khairpur, Hassan Sardar Niazi.
According to the SSP Khairpur, Hassan Sardar Niazi on Monday, the suspects were apprehended while in possession of a large quantity of narcotics. Authorities recovered 1530 grams of charas, two pistols, and a Vigo vehicle from the accused.
He revealed that Muhammad Ali Jagirani has a history of multiple narcotics cases registered against him. The SSP emphasized that public cooperation is crucial in the fight against narcotics and urged citizens to work together with law enforcement agencies to eradicate this menace.
The SSP further stated that the police department is taking comprehensive measures to protect society from the detrimental effects of narcotics. He highlighted that narcotics not only destroy individual lives but also undermine the fabric of society.
