SARGODHA, Dec 13 (APP): The Parks and Horticulture Authority (PHA) completed and opened a new family park in Block No 31 in the city.
Commissioner Jahanzaib Awan had the park inaugurated by children of the local community in a ceremony on Saturday.
The ceremony was attended by Managing Director PHA Muhammad Arshad, CEO Metropolitan Corporation Majid bin Ahmed, along with a large number of residents and families.
Speaking on the occasion, the commissioner said the park would provide a clean, safe, and open recreational space for the residents.
“Now, women will be able to enjoy morning walks, children will play in a secure environment, and people can relax near their homes in the evenings,” he added.
