KARACHI, Oct 31 (APP):The National Academy of Performing Arts (NAPA) organized a special event titled “Naghma-e-Watan”, featuring patriotic songs created and performed by young artists to pay tribute to the Pakistan Armed Forces for their success in Marka-e-Haq.
According to a spokesperson for Pakistan Rangers Sindh on Friday, the Director General Rangers attended the ceremony as the chief guest.
Congratulating NAPA on completing 20 years, the DG commended the administration, faculty and artists, calling the institution’s two-decade journey “a remarkable chapter of creativity, dedication, and commitment.” He said NAPA not only nurtures creative talent but also plays an important role in shaping youth character and promoting social harmony through art.
Speaking about Marka-e-Haq, he said the operation symbolized the “resolve and resilience of the Pakistani nation”. He added that Operation Bunyan-ul-Marsus was not only a military success but also a reflection of national unity and courage.
“While the armed forces fought on the front lines, the nation, children, youth, men and women, stood shoulder-to-shoulder with them. When people, armed forces, and institutions unite for a national cause, no power in the world can defeat us,” he remarked.
On the occasion, NAPA Chairman and CEO Syed Javed Iqbal also paid tribute to Pakistan’s forces for their success in Marka-e-Haq. He praised Pakistan Rangers Sindh for their role in restoring peace and curbing crime across Sindh.
