MUZAFFARGARH , Oct 24 (APP):In line with the special initiative of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, the district administration of Muzaffargarh has established a series of beautifully designed Welcome Points across key locations of the city, reflecting the region’s cultural heritage and aesthetic identity.
Under the directions of Deputy Commissioner Muzaffargarh, the project was executed through close coordination between Chief Officer District Council Muzaffargarh and the Municipal Committee. The Welcome Points have been set up at prominent sites including Multan Road, Circuit House, District Council Front Wall, and Noor Park on Alipur Road, among other locations.
These newly developed structures, described as “art pieces of local culture,” have added significant visual appeal to the city. The official photographs of the Welcome Points have been featured on Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif’s official social media page.
Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz also appreciated the efforts of Chief Officer District Council Chaudhry Waqas Gujar for his dedication and successful implementation of the beautification project.
Public representatives, lawyers’ associations, civil society members, and trader unions have widely lauded the initiative, commending the Municipal Committee and District Council officials, as well as the workers who contributed tirelessly to the city’s transformation.
