LAHORE, Dec 28 (APP): The LDA has released the schedule for the upcoming lottery to provide residential and commercial plots to citizens on easy installments.
The computerized draw of plots will be held on February 24, in which plots from Johar Town, LDA City, China Scheme Gujarpura, Sabzazar and Mohlanwal have been included.
Similarly, 37 residential plots of 5 marla each in Johar Town R Block, 15 commercial plots of 6 and 7 marla each in B3 and C3 blocks of China Scheme Gujarpura, 25 commercial plots of 3.44 marla each in Sabzazar F Block, 50 residential plots of 3 marla each in Mohlanwal D Block, while 13 residential plots of one kanal each in A1 Block of LDA City and 17 residential plots of one kanal each in B1 Block will be included in the draw.
According to the LDA official sources, citizens are being given the facility to pay in 12 equal installments over a period of 3 years.
Successful candidates will be entitled to a five percent discount on lump sum payment.
The application form is available from today and the last date for submission is February 11. The non-refundable fee for a 5 marla residential plot in Johar Town is Rs20,000, for a one-kanal residential plot in LDA City is Rs10,000, for a 3.44 Marla commercial plot in Sabzazar is Rs12,000, for 6 and 7 Marla commercial plots in China Scheme Gujjarpura is Rs8,000, while for a three Marla residential plot in Mohlanwal, the fee has been set at Rs 5,000. Citizens can apply online through the mobile app and website.
The facility to submit applications is also available at the LDA Citizen Facilitation Center.
