LAHORE, Nov 16 (APP): The Lahore Development Authority has announced the schedule for the second phase of the auction for shops in Jinnah Market Township, which is set to take place on December 10 at 10 am at Expo Center Johar Town.
This auction will feature commercial plots and shops located in both Jinnah Market and the Child Welfare Center in Quaid-e-Azam Town. A total of 29 commercial plots in Jinnah Market Quaid-e-Azam Town and 9 commercial plots in the Child Welfare Center will be up for bid.
The LDA has reported that 90 percent of the development work for Jinnah Market Township has been completed. This area, which had been encroached upon for 30 years, has now been transformed into a fully developed market. In the previous auction, 35 plots in Jinnah Market and the Child Welfare Center were successfully sold. Additionally, the LDA has waived fees related to arcade exemptions and map approvals to facilitate the shopkeepers of Jinnah Market.
