FAISALABAD, Nov 29 (APP): Chairperson of the Chief Minister Punjab Inspection, Surveillance and Monitoring Directorate, Brigadier (Retired) Babar Alauddin, on Saturday held a detailed meeting with Divisional Commissioner Raja Jahangir Anwar to review the overall situation of the division, district affairs, and ongoing administrative measures.
During the meeting, the Divisional Commissioner briefed the chairperson on the progress of development projects across the division, public facilitation initiatives, and steps being taken to improve service delivery at all levels. Updates were shared on administrative reforms, citizen-centric projects, and other measures aimed at ensuring smooth governance and timely provision of essential services.
Brigadier (Retired) Babar Alauddin highlighted the key focus areas of the Inspection, Surveillance and Monitoring Directorate, including the performance of field staff, effectiveness of inspection mechanisms, transparent monitoring, and prompt redressal of public complaints. He emphasized that enhanced coordination among government institutions would not only help achieve administrative targets but also accelerate the resolution of public issues.
The meeting included in-depth discussions on law and order, market monitoring, price control mechanisms, timely completion of development schemes, and ongoing public relief measures. Both leaders agreed that improved administrative discipline and integrated monitoring were essential for efficient and speedy service delivery to citizens.
