LAHORE, Nov 13 (APP): The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Lahore has continued its series of public hearings under the chairmanship of Director FIA Cap (retd) Muhammad Ali Zia to ensure timely resolution of citizens’ complaints.
According to an FIA spokesperson, the hearing, held at the FIA Zonal Office Lahore, aimed to address public grievances, review progress on ongoing inquiries and cases, and take immediate steps for their resolution.
During the session, several citizens lodged complaints related to corruption, human trafficking, immigration and financial fraud. The FIA director attentively listened to the complainants and assured swift action on their concerns.
In multiple cases, on-the-spot orders were issued for immediate redressal.
Ali Zia said that the agency is developing an effective mechanism to resolve public complaints efficiently, adding that providing justice to citizens remains the institution’s core responsibility.
He directed all relevant circles to maintain close coordination with the public and submit progress reports on complaint redressal directly to the Director’s Office.
