DERA ISMAIL KHAN, Nov 06 (APP):The traffic police launched an operation against illegal encroachments from Paroa Adda to Taj Masjid and adjoining roads.
The operation, led by DSP Traffic Chan Shah, was conducted following the directives of District Police Officer (DPO) Dera Sajjad Ahmad Sahibzada.
During the operation, the police cleared unauthorized structures and obstacles from the main routes to ensure smooth traffic flow and public convenience.
The DPO emphasized that the crackdown against encroachments would continue indiscriminately in the interest of public welfare and better traffic management.
He urged upon the citizens to cooperate with the traffic police, abide by traffic laws, and refrain from illegal occupation of roads.
He added that the traffic police will continue its efforts to eliminate encroachments and improve the traffic system across the city.
