KOHAT, Jan 16 (APP):Deputy Commissioner (DC) Abdul Akram here on Thursday presided over a meeting to discuss arrangements for upcoming polio campaign.
The meeting was attended by District Police Officer (DPO), Additional Deputy Commissioner (General), Assistant Commissioners, Pak Army’s officials, District Health Officer (DHO), Education Department’s officials and other concerned officials.
The meeting discussed in detail the anti-polio campaign.
The DC appealed to the people to cooperate with polio worker to administrator polio drops to their children in order to protect their children from permanent disability eradicate the crippling disease from the district.
