SIALKOT, Feb 03 (APP): Deputy Commissioner Saba Asghar Ali said that promoting girls’ education is essential for sustainable economic and social development, as nations cannot progress without educated women.
She made these remarks while visiting Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Adha, Tehsil Daska.
According to a DC office spokesperson, the deputy commissioner inspected classrooms, interacted with students, and expressed satisfaction over the academic standards and discipline. She encouraged students to focus on science and modern technology to meet future challenges.
The deputy commissioner also inaugurated a tree plantation drive at the school and appreciated the efforts of the principal and teaching staff, reiterating her commitment to improving educational facilities across the district.
