ISLAMABAD, Dec 18 (APP):An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Thursday adjourned hearing till January 9, in a case regarding the killing four Rangers’ personnel during the protest of November 26.
ATC Judge Tahir Abbas Sapra heard the case wherein, the lawyers of accused Hashim Abbasi filed an application for exemption from presence, which was accepted by the court. The court was informed that a letter has been received from PIMS Hospital regarding the medical test of the accused. According to the court, the medical board has recommended further medical examination and some tests of the accused, after the completion of which the medical board will submit its report to the court.
The court adjourned the hearing of the case till January 9 for further proceedings.
