Commissioner pledges full support for BISE Dera reforms

DERA ISMAIL KHAN, Dec 18 (APP): Commissioner Dera Daud Khan has assured full support for the improvement and welfare of the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Dera, stating that youth are the nation’s future and strengthening educational institutions is a top priority.
He announced that the construction work on the Board’s building on its own land will begin soon, adding that transparency in the examination system is already bringing visible improvements to the Board’s overall performance.
The commissioner expressed these views during his visit to the BISE Dera.
Regional Police Officer (RPO) Dera, Syed Ishfaq Anwar, accompanied him on the occasion. On their arrival, BISE Dera Chairman Dr. Ehsan Ullah, Secretary Officer/Controller of Examinations Dr. Qayyum Nawaz, and Assistant Controller Tariq Javed warmly received the visiting officers.
Chairman Dr. Ehsanullah briefed the Commissioner and RPO in detail on key initiatives, including the digitalization of the Board’s system, the early commencement of construction of the Board’s own building, and measures being taken to facilitate students. The visiting officials also toured various sections of the Board to review working arrangements.
Commissioner Daud Khan emphasized that the importance of the Dera Education Board cannot be overlooked, as it plays a vital role in improving education standards and shaping the intellectual development of talented students.
He assured that whenever guidance or assistance is required for the Board’s improvement, the Commissioner’s Office will extend full cooperation.
RPO Syed Ishfaq Anwar also appreciated the efforts of the Board’s administration and assured complete support, particularly in matters related to security and other administrative needs.
