CM felicitates jumatul wida, chaand raat

KARACHI, Mar 20 (APP):The Chief Minister of Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah on Friday congratulated Jumatul Wida, Chand Raat and the International Day of Happiness to citizens.

     In his message issued here, the Chief Minister of Sindh extended his heartfelt congratulations to the public on Jumatul Wida and the joys of Chand Raat.

  He also extended his greetings for the the International Day of Happiness, being observed on March 20, annually.

Syed Murad Ali Shah said that happiness, peace and well-being are fundamental rights of every human being.

       He said that Ramazan is a month of mercy, blessings and forgiveness.

     True happiness lies in creating ease and comfort for others, he said adding that promoting peace and love in society is our collective responsibility.

      The Chief Minister said the Sindh government was taking comprehensive measures to ensure the safety of the public.

     He remarked that special security arrangements have been made for Chand Raat.

    He advised the citizens to remain careful in crowded places and take special care of children and report any suspicious activity immediately to law enforcement agencies, follow traffic rules and avoid unnecessary crowds.
