KARACHI, Mar 02 (APP):The Chief Minister of Sindh, Murad Ali Shah, has extended heartfelt Holi Greetings to the Hindu Community.
He said that the festival of colors, Holi, gives a message of peace.
He said that minorities in Sindh and across Pakistan enjoy complete freedom to practice their religious rituals.
Murad emphasized that the Pakistan Peoples Party has always advocated for the protection of minority rights.
The Chief Minister highlighted the significant role of the Hindu community in the development of the country, adding that Holi is a festival of joy, love, and brotherhood.
He remarked that Sindh is the land of Sufis and the people of Sindh are known for their tolerance and harmony.
“All religions in our country enjoy equal rights,” he said.
He further stated that Holi teaches us to erase hatred and spread the colors of love.
The Sindh government remains committed to the protection and welfare of minorities.
In view of the regional situation, the Chief Minister appealed to celebrate Holi with simplicity.
