MULTAN, Mar 21 (APP):On the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr,Chairman Senate Yousaf Raza Gillani extended warm greetings to the Muslim community, urging patience,unity and prayers for the underprivileged.
Addressing the media,Gillani called on international organizations to take immediate steps to halt conflicts, emphasizing that cooperation is essential to prevent further suffering.
He also reaffirmed his support for the armed forces in tackling ongoing threats of sabotage and terrorism in the country.
Later,Gillani visited Darbar Hazrat Musa Pak Shaheed,where devotees and dignitaries offered prayers in a solemn atmosphere.
Sajjada Nashin Syed Abul Hassan Gillani led the prayers with attendees including Members of the National Assembly Syed Abdul Qadir Gillani,Syed Ali Musa Gillani, Syed Ali Qasim Gillani,Member of Provincial Assembly Syed Ali Haider Gillani, former MPA Syed Ahmad Mujtaba and other respected figures.
The gathering reflected devotion and unity with participants offering prayers and paying respects at the revered shrine.
