LAHORE, Feb 10 (APP): Registration for the February auction of attractive vehicle numbers is currently underway through the e-Auction mobile application and web portal, developed by the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) in collaboration with the Excise, Taxation and Narcotics Control Department Punjab.
Interested citizens can register online until March 2 to obtain their preferred vehicle number from the comfort of their homes.
The e-Auction platform facilitates the online bidding of attractive numbers for motorcycles, motor cars, and commercial vehicles. Details of successful bidders are also available on the e-Auction App and Portal, ensuring complete transparency throughout the process.
In this regard, PITB Chairman Faisal Yousaf said that the introduction of the digital e-Auction system has transformed the traditional auction process into a modern, technology-driven solution. He added that the initiative provides citizens with a convenient, fast, and transparent online facility for acquiring attractive vehicle numbers, reflecting PITB’s commitment to digital governance and improved public service delivery.
