DERA ISMAIL KHAN, Oct 15 (APP):On the special directives of the Tehsil Municipal Officer (TMO) Muhammad Hanif, a series of anti-encroachment operations were carried out in various parts of the city to address public complaints and ensure smooth pedestrian and vehicular movement.
In Madni Town, temporary encroachments were removed following public grievances, clearing the main passage for residents. Acting upon the instructions of the Assistant Commissioner, an operation was also conducted near Fawara Chowk where construction materials placed by a plaza owner were creating obstruction in traffic flow. The materials were promptly removed to restore public convenience.
Furthermore, the enforcement team cleared all temporary encroachments from Shobra Hotel to New Chungi, opening the route for citizens and improving traffic mobility.
The municipal administration reaffirmed its commitment to maintaining a clean and obstruction-free environment across the city, emphasizing that such actions will continue to ensure civic order and public ease.
