RAWALPINDI, Jan 16 (APP):The Rawat Police on Thursday made progress in the case of kidnapping a citizen by arresting three more accused.
Three accused Saqib, Qadeer and Umar were already in custody, from whom the police had recovered Rs 80,000 which they had extorted from the victim, a Rawalpindi Police spokesman said.
Those held on Thursday included Muhammad Khan, Saif and Zain Ali, who were sent to jail for identification parade, the spokesman.
The accused had extorted money from the victim after kidnapping him. The Rawat Police had registered a case against the accused a few days ago on the information of the incident.
